Tony Chaplin Anthony Chaplin is the Managing Partner and Co-CEO at Claris and has extensive experience in the retail and service industries. Tony was an executive and internal consultant in a large distribution company before he joined KPMG Consulting from the New York Office. Tony was instrumental in the Supply Chain Software and Transportation Optimization Practice and eventually began working in the process efficiency and labor management area. Tony joined Claris Solutions and has worked on several key client projects that have made Claris what it is today. Tony has led the implementations of several large Work Force Management software projects for Claris -including designing and developing a “Big Data” labor forecasting solution to enhance existing Work Force Management Software. This software solution is still in use with companies to optimize their labor forecasting using large multi-year data sets at the quarter hour increment. Tony has also designed a labor schedule testing tool to insure state labor laws are configured correctly by the scheduling algorithm. Tony has presented with clients and software partners at the National Retail Federation and Exhibited at the Retail Industry Leaders Association. Wade MostellerWade Mosteller, PE is the Senior Partner and Vice President of Engineering Services at Claris Solutions. Wade started his career at Telex Computer Products and worked his way up to become Manager over Industrial and Systems Engineering. From there he joined Webb and Shirley Management Consulting, a firm founded by one of his professors in graduate school. Webb and Shirley grew as a Consulting firm – working with several key clients across the country until it was finally acquired by KPMG Consulting. Wade became a Senior Manager at KPMG in the Consumer Markets Practice, leading several large engagements for the firm. In 1998 Wade teamed up with key Webb and Shirley founders and started the independent firm Claris Solutions. Since 1998 Claris has developed into a leading Work Force Management Consultancy working with Fortune 500 companies across North America. Wade is now the Co-CEO. Wade has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Oklahoma and has his Supply Chain Strategy Certification from MIT. NATALE_PRDan Natale is Business Development and Consulting Partner at Claris Solutions.   Dan is a seasoned and well-established Sales and Operations Retail Executive with over thirty five years’ experience.  Prior to Joining Claris as a Partner, Mr. Natale spent fifteen years with ShopperTrak where he held several positions including Vice President of Sales for Europe and the Americas.  During his tenure at ShopperTrak Dan was responsible for Business Development in the Northeastern US and Canada as well as the companies’ initial Global expansion.  Before joining ShopperTrak he spent over twenty years with Napa Auto Parts where his time was split equally between the Wholesale and Retail market segments.  As Vice President of Store Operations, Dan was responsible for over one hundred Napa Auto Parts Stores throughout the mid-Atlantic.  Mr. Natale also served on the Quaker City Motor Parts Board of Directors from 1995 through 2000.  Dan has been featured in several Wall Street Journal Retail Traffic related articles, has appeared on Bloomberg Radio and lead various Retail Traffic discussions with Investment Banking Groups.  dan@clarisretail.com – 267-337-0088

Justin MostellerJustin Mosteller, JD is an Associate Partner  for Data & Analytics at Claris Systems.  Justin has been on many projects integrating client IT systems with Claris software, and engineering business solutions. Justin has been principally involved in the development of DCPRO, a software package designed to improve productivity in distribution centers. He has experience in the implementation and testing of warehouse and labor management systems, tailoring the configuration to the business needs of the client. He has a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University. Justin is based in Tulsa.

Phil BurrellPhil Burrell is now an Executive Advisory for Claris.  Phil has over 15 years of experience working with international retailers and manufacturers to improve their operations with better processes enabled by technology. Phil has held positions as a Project Manager and Engineer at Bath and Body Works, Limited Logistics Services, and Gap, Inc. Just prior to joining Claris, Phil was a Senior Manager at West Monroe Partners’ in the Workforce Optimization practice working with one of the world’s largest discount store chains. He received his Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Engineering & Technology from the University of Dayton. Phil is in Columbus, Ohio.

Jason HollandJason Hollon is an Associate Consulting Partner with over ten years of industry experience in retail financial analysis. Eric EnglishEric English is an Associate Partner at OnTask and a Systems Engineer at Claris and has been responsible for the design, implementation, and integration of custom .NET applications. Some of Eric’s projects include a workforce management system for a 13,000 associate retail chain and a staffing demand curve builder to develop standardized time standard metrics. Eric was also responsible for Claris test script compilation tool for generating pay and schedule rules for all US states and Canadian provinces. He recieved his Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from Oklahoma State University.  Eric is based out of New York City.

Josh CarrollJosh Carroll, PMP is an Associate Partner at OnTask and a Senior Project Manager at Claris working with new technology to drive process improvement in operations. He has led initiatives including process analysis and improvement, engineered labor standards, and backroom redesign. Specialties include Work Force Management systems and labor demand forecasting. He is also the quality assurance and testing guru for OnTask software products, working directly with the development team. Before joining Claris, he worked for the Department of Defense developing testing, simulation, and optimization programs. Rick JudyRick Judy is a project manager at Claris and is focused on leading warehouse management system implementations.
