Tad Shepperd is a consulting partner and has been providing products, services and solutions to the retail industry for more than 25 years. He brings to Claris a proven record of success in leading both start-up and small/mid-size organizations and has functional expertise in both sales and operations.He was most recently a Principal at Axsium Group, a workforce management consultancy and prior to that he was with the Vice President and Managing Director at Wincor Nixdorf, a $3.5 billion global leader in retail and banking technology solutions.Tad is probably best known as the co-founder and former CEO of ShopperTrak. He is a recognized industry expert on retail operations and consumer shopping information, appearing on Bloomberg Television and the Today Show and has also been published in the New York Times and USA Today. Christopher McCoy is the lead designer and application developer at Claris.Christopher has developed applications for Claris clients including store and distribution scheduling, payroll management, and performance monitoring and control.Christopher has over 15 years experience in retail application development.

Justin Mosteller is a consultant at Claris and has been on many projects integratingclient IT systems with Claris software, and engineering business solutions. Justin has been principally involved in the development of DCPRO, a software package designed to improve productivity in distribution centers. He has experience in the implementation and testing of warehouse and labor management systems, tailoring the configuration to the business needs of the client. Jason Hollon is an Associate Consulting Partner with over ten years of industry experience in retail financial analysis. Jason has successfully completed projects in organizational re-design, cost reduction, labor management, and process improvement in distribution operations, store operations, and support organizations (IT, Finance, HR). Jason has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Alabama-Birmingham, a Masters in Accounting from the University of Texas-Austin, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Eric English is a Systems Engineer at Claris and has been responsible for the design, implementation, and integration of custom .NET applications. Some of Eric’s projects include a workforce management system for a 13,000 associate retail chain and a staffing demand curve builder to develop standardized time standard metrics.
